  • PHOTO: Kendra Wilkinson rocks a yellow mini, says she feels sorry for Hef

    IDOL 411 |

Kendra Wilkinson is feeling a little mellow yellow.

And it’s not just because of her dress.

The reality star hit the red carpet for the NBC Universal VIP Party in Chicago Wednesday, where she shared her thoughts on her ex Hugh Hefner getting dumped just five days before his wedding.

“Of course I feel bad for him and his situation,” she told Life & Style magazine at the event.“I’m leaving him alone right now — he needs someone at this moment to talk with, and I don’t want to be another leech”

What do you think? Should Kendra reach out to Hef?

  • Did 'American Idol' choose the right judges?

Steven Tyler, Jennifer Lopez, Randy Jackson and Ryan Seacrest put the speculation to rest Wednesday morning in Los Angeles.

The new judges of “American Idol” have been named.

Everyone and their mother seemed to already know it was going to be Tyler and Lopez.

    But now its official.

    And Randy’s back, too!

    So what do you think?

  • 'SYTYCD' boots Jose and Billy (plus the curse is NOT broken - sorry!)

“So You Think You Can Dance” gave out two big pink slips on Thursday night — but hold that thought for a second. Here’s the really big news: Lauren was in the bottom three!
First of all, we watched Wednesday night’s episode until Cat started announcing the numbers to call to vote — but we missed the very last minute of the show when she revealed that Lauren was “with the medics.”
(She’s rumored to have suffered dehydration and a concussion.) So much for the curse being broken! Note to self: Must watch “So You Think You Can Dance” until the final credits roll!
  • 'So You Think You Can Dance' curse strikes again!

    IDOL 411 |
We warned you last week that everything happens in threes — and we’re almost frightened to say we were right.
Yet another dancer succumbed to the “So You Think You Can Dance” curse, with Billy injuring his knee in rehearsals. Even Nigel seems a little concerned; he joked that they may rename the show “Survivor: The Dance-Off.”

That said, it looks like Billy’s injury is less serious than Alex’s and Ashley’s; his doctor gave him the option to dance on Wednesday night if he was up for it, which he wasn’t.
  • 'So You Think You Can Dance' curse strikes Ashley

    IDOL 411 |
Just a week after front-runner Alex was forced to drop out of “So You Think You Can Dance” with a lacerated Achilles tendon, Ashley also injured herself in rehearsals… and must rest for three to five weeks. In other words, she’s out of the competition.
Losing Ashley wasn’t quite as much of a shock as losing Alex, who was looking poised to win the whole competition, but it’s still sad. She didn’t have her best week last week with that whole ninja assassin routine — and in fact was voted into the bottom three — but until that point the “purple breeze” had only been getting better.

We’ll miss you, Ashley! We’re also a little nervous… they say everything happens in threes.

Joining Ashley in the bottom three on Thursday night were Billy (as we predicted) and Jose (a bit of a shocker). We can’t help but feel sorry for Billy: he has that adorable smile, tries so hard, and is just an amazing dancer. We think he’s losing in the popularity contest, not the dancing one.
  • Is there a 'So You Think You Can Dance' curse?

    IDOL 411 |
    First Alex, now Ashley.
We’re starting to wonder if there’s a “So You Think You Can Dance” curse.
There we were, sitting on our sofa watching the opening number when we realized: Someone’s missing. When did Lauren become the only girl on the show? Ashley was in the bottom three last week, but wasn’t Alex the only one who went home?

VIDEO: Watch the judges discuss the loss of Alex Wong.

Cat Deeley quickly cleared it all up for us: Ashley injured herself in rehearsals and was advised not to dance on Wednesday night. The curse has struck again! Ashley, you’d better rest up and come back next week. Lauren’s cute, but you might be even more graceful. Give America the chance to decide!
  • Alex forced to bow out of 'So You Think You Can Dance'

    IDOL 411 |

It’s sad but it’s true — Alex is out of the race on “So You Think You Can Dance.”

The ballet dancer turned hip-hop wunderkind has a lacerated Achilles tendon and must rest on doctor’s orders for the next three months (in addition to having an operation on Tuesday).

Poor Alex looked genuinely devastated by this turn of events, and he basically wept for the entirety of Thursday night’s show. The bright side? He’s invited back next year, and we think he’s poised to make a killing.

But the bad news for Alex was good news for Ashley and Billy, who found themselves in the bottom three on Thursday night. Before Nigel announced that Alex was out of the competition, we thought Ashley’s failure to draw votes was the big shocker of the night — she’s been doing so well! That said, we have a few theories for her demise:

  • Alex out of 'So You Think You Can Dance'?

    IDOL 411 |

Oh, no! Alex may be out of “So You Think You Can Dance.”

The ballet dancer, a rising star in the competition, was unable to perform Wednesday night after possibly rupturing his Achilles tendon in rehearsals. He’ll automatically be placed in the bottom three this week, and if he’s unable to come back next week, he’s a goner.

This was a huge shock on the heels of Alex’s star-making hip-hop performance last week; it was starting to seem like he could win the whole competition! Poor Alex sat in the audience with tears welling up in his eyes as Cat and Nigel explained his situation; it was obvious that he had to physically hold himself back from jumping on the stage. Cross your fingers that he’ll be back next week.

  • Judges finally give Melinda the boot on 'So You Think You Can Dance'

    IDOL 411 |

Can we just say, we told you so?

After Wednesday’s episode of “So You Think You Can Dance,” we told you to “go out and bet your hard-earned money that Melinda is going home tomorrow night.” Who would have thunk it — we were right! Hope you’re collecting on those bets!

Melinda simply doesn’t have the technical skill that most of the other dancers have, nor does she have the relatable, girl-next-door personality that viewers love. Moreover, tap dancing is probably a harder sell than, say, contemporary or hip-hop.

  • Wardrobe malfunction on 'So You Think You Can Dance'

    IDOL 411 |

    (FOX)

    Oops!

Bubbly blonde Lauren nearly had a Janet Jackson moment on Wednesday night’s “So You Think You Can Dance,” when the strap of her dress broke during her Broadway number.

Hmm… she WAS trying to be seductive. Anyone else think she might have planned it? (Come on, let’s get a conspiracy theory started.)

EXCLUSIVE: Lauren Reveals How She Kept Dress Up.

But the big moment of the night really belonged to ballet dancer Alex, who proved that he not only can do hip-hop, but also that he can do it really, really well. Three-judge standing ovation? This guy is en fuego.

Not faring so well is the tap-dancing, pigeon-toed Melinda. We’d honestly encourage you to go out and bet your hard-earned money that Melinda is going home tomorrow night — it’s that likely (and we hate gambling).
