  • Kris Jenner thinks O.J. Simpson killed wife, regrets not seeing her day before murder

    Kris Jenner (X17)

    “O.J. did it!”

That’s what Kris Jenner,  former wife of late O.J. Simpson defense attorney Robert Kardashian, suggests in a new book.

The New York Post reports that in Jenner’s memoir, “Kris Jenner …and All Things Kardashian,” the matriarch of the Kardashian clan explains that Simpson’s ex-wife, Nicole Brown Simpson, told her, “(O.J.’s) going to kill me and he’s going to get away with it.”

“(Nicole) was a wreck,” Jenner remembers. “She was convinced that someone was looking in her windows and climbing through her bushes in the middle of the night.”

Jenner even received a chilling call from Nicole Simpson on June 12, 1994. “Nicole said, ‘Can you get over here…? I need to talk to you–it’s really important.”

Jenner, who by then had been divorced from Kardashian for three years and was remarried to Olympian Bruce Jenner, told her friend that she couldn’t visit because was “tied up.”

“‘That’s okay, (but) can you meet me tomorrow for lunch?’” Jenner quotes Simpson as saying. “I really have to talk to you about something really, really important.’

“It would be the last time I would ever speak to Nicole,” laments Jenner.

Less than 24 hours later, the world learned of the brutal murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and her friend, Ron Goldman, in the Brentwood section of Los Angeles.

“I instinctively knew that in some way O.J. had something to do with her death,” writes Jenner. “I truly couldn’t believe she had been so betrayed by the person who she had once loved most. That O.J. would be so destructive and selfish and jealous. That he would do that to her was just mind-blowing to me. All these thoughts were running through my mind: This can’t be true.”

Jenner still feels guilty about not meeting her friend. “Nicole really wanted someone close to her to know what was going on, so that somebody–namely me–could be a witness,” writes Jenner. “I had let her down.”
