  Charlie Sheen's ex Brooke Mueller photographed with foil pipe, hand-rolled smoke, report says

  Charlie Sheen’s ex-wife Brooke Mueller completed a 45-day stint in rehab on July 1 for substance abuse.

  Less than two weeks later, Mueller, the mother to Sheen’s twin sons, Max and Bob, was photographed with a piece of foil folded into the shape of a pipe, a hand-rolled cigarette, and a bottle of Gatorade.

  Web site X17online.com reports that the actress had “suspicious-looking” burn marks on her hands and looked “disheveled.”

  Mueller, whose battle with drug addiction was recently chronicled on “The World According to Paris,” which showed just how desperate Sheen’s ex has become.

  James Franco blames bad writing for Oscar bomb

  Actor/student/performance artist James Franco is has broken his silence about his lackluster effort hosting the Oscars this year.

  Appearing dazed and confused on the three hour-plus telecast, Franco’s widely panned performance had viewers wondering if the “General Hospital” star was either drunk or stoned.

  But Frano says it wasn’t drugs’ or alcohol’s fault.

  It was bad writers.

  “It’s hard to talk about because it’s like assigning blame—not a fun thing to do,” Franco explains in the new issue of Playboy. “For three or four weeks we shot the promos and the little film that played in the opening. In the last week, when we really started focusing on the script for the live show and did a run-through, I said to the producer, ‘I don’t know why you hired me, because you haven’t given me anything. I just don’t think this stuff’s going to be good.’”

  “If you are sporting a pregnant belly, it’s better to show it than to hide it,” says Alba. “If you look in the mirror and you look really wide and frumpy, then you’re going to appear really wide and frumpy. The more figure-forming your clothes, even though you have more curves, the better.”

  Charlie Sheen to get roasted by Comedy Central same night of 'Two And a Half Men' premiere

  You won’t be able to see Charlie Sheen on the season premiere of “Two and a Half Men” on September 19, but you will be able to see the self-described warlock the same night on the “Roast of Charlie Sheen” on Comedy Central.

  “You could say I’ve been providing kindling for this Roast for a while,” said Sheen. “It’s time to light it up. It’s going to be epic.”

  Past targets of Comedy Central’s roasts include Donald Trump, Pamela Anderson and William Shatner.

  The Roast will be taped in Los Angeles on September 10, and Sheen will welcome all comers. “Charlie has assured us that nothing will be off limits in this Roast … which scares even us,” a nervous Kent Alterman, Comedy Central’s head of original programming and production, explained.

  Michael Bay recycled footage from 2005 film 'The Island' for new 'Transformers'

  A sharp-eyed Michael Bay fan watched the director’s new film, “Transformers: Dark Side of the Moon” and experienced a sense of déjà vu.

  The background of a seconds-long scene featuring a Decepticon barreling through traffic was apparently recycled from Bay’s 2005 film, “The Island.”

  RELATED: Is 3D Dying Slow Death?

  Instead of a Transformer wreaking havoc on a six-lane bridge, Ewan McGregor and Scarlett Johansson are escaping from nefarious security forces in a chase scene from the older film.

  Jermain Odreman uploaded a Zapruder-esqe slow-motion comparison of the scene in question from the two films to YouTube, and it’s obvious that Bay cannibalized his own work.

  Looks like Pippa Middleton has some competition.

  Prince Harry and lingerie model Florence Brudenell-Bruce, known as Flee, were spotted “looking in love” at a recent Killers concert in London, according to British newspaper The Sun.

  Harry and Pippa Middleton, the sister of his brother’s new wife, had been rumored in the UK press to maybe kind of be like an item.

  But now things seem to be moving quite quickly for the lovebirds, who also happen to be eighth cousins, as friends say the two are getting serious.

  LeAnn Rimes has received a lot of heat for the bikini snaps she’s been posting of herself on Twitter lately, with many fans worried she may have taken her diet to the extreme—or worse.

  “People are calling me bulimic or anorexic,” a frustrated Rimes told People magazine. “These are real issues and diseases—that I don’t have.”

  The country cutie is determined to show fans that she’s not ill—just uber-healthy—with some help from her fitness trainer, Michael Jackson.

  “I know it really bothers her,” Jackson told FOX411.com. “A lot of people see pictures of LeAnn and assume certain things.
