  The 39-year old mother of four rocks a bikini better than most women half her age.

  Her secret? Commitment.

  “You’ve got to figure out what works for you,” the co-host of “Dancing with the Stars” says in the new issue of Redbook. “If you only have 20 minutes, make it a kick-ass 20 minutes. Working out is my stress reliever and my me time. The way I see it, if you don’t have 45 minutes a few days a week for yourself, you are in big trouble.”

  The Ultimate Warrior accuses Hulk Hogan of wife-swapping and cocaine use

  What is this, 1990?

  In a rant that seems out of the WWE’s golden years, wrestler The Ultimate Warrior released a YouTube video accusing his one-time rival Hulk Hogan, born Terry Bollea, of being a cocaine-using, wife-swapping “dope head.”

  “You’re a real piece of s___,” an angry, bald Warrior, AKA James Hellwig, directly addressed Hulk Hogan. “What kind of human being are you? The things that have real value mean nothing to you in your life.”

  Calling him a “malicious, back-stabbing operator,” Warrior accused Hulk Hogan of having a “long-running reputation for being a liar, a fraud and a phony.”

  As music swelled in the background, The Ultimate Warrior called out Hulk Hogan for his “open marriage.”

  Angie Harmon says she's 'a mess' since moving back to Hollywood, misses daughters

  Actress Angie Harmon is perhaps best known for her role as assistant district attorney Abbie Carmichael on NBC’s long-running Law & Order, but the mother of three is busier than ever these days playing Boston detective Jane Rizzoli on TNT’s “Rizzoli & Isles.”

  “I’m a mess,” Harmon confesses in the new issue of Good Houskeeping. “I’ve lost 10 pounds since I got here. This is the hardest time in my life, for sure.”

  Working 90 hour weeks in Los Angeles while her family lives in Charlotte, NC has taken its toll, too. “It breaks my heart that I don’t see my daughters every day, don’t get to hug them and brush their hair,” explains Harmon.

  The Texas-born beauty, who has been married for 10 years to former pro football player Jason Serhorn, feels guilty about spending so much time away from her family. “When I feel like I’m not doing what I am supposed to as a mother, I will torture myself,” Harmon says. “I don’t know how to deal with it. I find some consolation in the fact that all mommies feel it. If there was a way to cure mommy guilt, I would bottle it and be a bazillionaire.”

  What strange pouf-y power does weird little Snooki have over guys?

  With the news that Nicole “Snooki” Polizzi and her boyfriend of eight months, Jionni LaValle, broke up over “trust issues,” the pint-sized reality star has an old paramour waiting in the wings—ex-boyfriend Emilio Masella.

  “I’m truly in love with the girl—people don’t believe me when I say it, but Snooki is a beautiful girl, inside and out, and a girl like that is hard to find,” Masella told FOX411.com exclusively. “In my eyes, we never should have broken up in the first place. I don’t understand why we did. I know she’s in love with me—and that’s a very good reason to get back together. You can’t deny how you feel.”

  Masella believes that Polizzi cheated on LaValle, which led to their breakup.

  “Obviously, she didn’t like [LaValle],” Masella said. “They either had trust issues or she might have hooked up with someone else—I have no idea if it was Vinny [Guadagnino] or some Italian.”

  'Girl With the Dragon Tattoo' movie poster features topless Rooney Mara

  “James Bond” star Daniel Craig and newcomer Rooney Mara star in the upcoming, highly anticipated drama “The Girl With the Dragon Tattoo.”

  They are also featured in both a PG and a shocking R-rated version of the film’s poster.

  Rooney, who comes from the Mara (New York Giants) and Rooney (Pittsburgh Steelers) NFL football families, is best known for her role as Jesse Eisenberg’s love interest in “The Social Network,” so this is quite a departure for the rising star.

  Kim Kardashian threatens to sue In Touch Weekly over cheating cover story

  Kim Kardashian has sicced her powerful lawyer on In Touch Weekly after the magazine informed the reality star that they were publishing a story about her cheating on fiancée Kris Humphries with NFL star Bret Locket.

  “These falsehoods are, at a minimum, damaging, defamatory, and an invasion of (Kardashian’s) privacy,” the letter to In Touch’s Entertainment Director reads.

  HOT SHOTS: Kim Kardashian.

  The legal eagle demanded that In Touch not publish the story, warning that if they do, it would be at their “legal risk and peril,” ominously adding, “Govern yourself accordingly.”

  In Touch apparently ignored the letter and Wednesday published a cover story with the headline, “STOP THE WEDDING! KIM CAUGHT CHEATING!”

  Playboy Playmate Suzanne Stokes busted for meth possession

  Playboy Playmate Suzanne Stokes was arrested Wednesday morning after a traffic stop turned up methamphetamines in her car, TMZ reports.

  Stokes, who was Playboy’s Miss February 2000, ran a stop sign in Hollywood at 12:30 a.m., law enforcement officials told TMZ.

  When it turned out she had an outstanding warrant for a previous traffic violation, police searched her car.

  That’s when they found the meth.

  Stokes , 31, was arrested, taken to jail, and booked for felony drug possession.

  She was released after posting $11,000 bail, TMZ reports.

  Before coming clean in a press conference Monday, Congressman Anthony Weiner was scrambling to cover his Twitter tracks by coaching porn star Ginger Lee on what to say when the press asked about their X-rated tweets.

  The adult actress told TMZ.com that she and the congressman “exchanged scores of sexual emails over a long period of time,” including Lee being on the receiving end of Weiner’s infamous underwear photo.

  Lee has never been shy about gushing her admiration for Congressman Wiener’s politics, and um, other things, on her website, missgingerlee.com.

  “Apprentice” star Donald Trump released a video message on his YouTube page blasting disgraced Congressman Anthony Weiner.

  Trumps said Weiner had called him for campaign contributions repeatedly over the years.

  He then called him a “psycho” an a “bad guy.”

  “You could see that he was like a boiler, ready to explode,” Trump continued.
