  • Lady Gaga says she's never had plastic surgery, slams stars who have

    FOX 411 | Editor

Lady Gaga has always been a bit—ahem—peculiar, but with her current penchant for walking around with pointy prosthetic cheekbones, temples and shoulders, the “Born This Way” pop star has some explaining to do about her new look.

“Well, first of all, they’re not prosthetics. They’re my bones,” a defensive Gaga tells Harper’s Bazaar on their May issue. “They’ve always been inside of me, but I have been waiting for the right time to reveal to the universe who I truly am.”

    Alrighty then!

The curious chanteuse, born Stefani Joanne Angelina Germanotta, also has a bone to pick with Hollywood’s obsession with plastic surgery.

John Travolta reunited with three-fourths of his fellow Sweathogs at the ninth annual TV Land Awards in New York City Monday night.

The superstar had nothing but high praise for his former fictional teacher, Mr. Kotter, during a taped segment for Good Morning America.

“I’ve waited 35 years to thank this man,” Travolta gushed about Gabe Kaplan, who based the ’70s “Welcome Back, Kotter” series on his years as a teacher at a rough Brooklyn high school. “And I never got to publicly thank Gabe for his genius—for putting us on the map. You know, we all wouldn’t be here today without Gabe.”

Kaplan credited the series’ success to its diverse cast, “There’s a Horshack, a Barbarino, an Epstein, a Washington, in every class… These four guys from divergent ethnic backgrounds were the best of friends.”

Travolta added, “My daughter even said, ‘This show is as funny as anything we’ve ever seen today—it looks like it was made yesterday,’ and I said, ‘Honey, that’s called timeless.’ It’s a classic.”

Taylor Swift has a plan to differentiate herself from (almost) everyone else in Young Hollywood.

    How?

There will be no nude photos of the Grammy-winner—artistic or otherwise.

    Ever.

    HOT SHOTS: Taylor Swift.

“It’s just a life decision,” Swift explains to the UK’s Telegraph. “I like wearing pretty dresses and I like trying out new styles, but I don’t feel comfortable taking my clothes off. I wouldn’t wear tiny amounts of clothing in my real life, so I don’t think it’s necessary to wear that stuff in photo shoots.”

Naturally, Swift’s handlers—having a gorgeous, 5’11” 21-year old blonde on their hands—have tried to convince her otherwise. But when asked if they still try to get her to disrobe for the cameras, Swift responds, “Not anymore, no.”
