  Don't ask Food Network's Sandra Lee about her boyfriend

  Touchy, touchy!

  Food Network star Sandra Lee held a press conference on Tuesday, ostensibly to answer questions about her work with Foodlink, a charity aimed to end hunger in New York State.

  But the blonde cooker abruptly ended things when a reporter asked about her boyfriend, New York Governor Andrew Cuomo, who had been sworn in to his position just the day before.

  “It was a little bit startling to all of us,” ABC affiliate WHAM13 reporter Sean Carroll told FOX411.com. “I have nothing against Sandra Lee or her people, I was just a little confused by the whole thing. By no means did I or any of those reporters look to probe, attack or create a situation like that—that’s for sure.”

  Courtney Love using Twitter Twinkie defense in first celebrity social media defamation trial

  Courtney Love’s Twitter account has landed her in court.

  The Hole front woman’s March 17, 2009 Twitter tirade against fashion designer Dawn Simorangkir resulted in a defamation lawsuit that will go to trial in a Los Angeles court on January 18.

  Love, long known for her rambling rants on the popular social networking platform, railed against Simorangkir for a myriad of perceived misdeeds, including prostitution, drug use, assault and—perhaps worst of all—capitalizing on Love’s fame to further her own career.

  “She has received a VAST amount of money from me over 40,000 dollars and I do not make people famous and get raped TOO!” Love tweeted.

  Love also called the Austin, Texas-based fashion designer a “nasty, lying hosebag thief.”

  Glenn Close made a cameo in a video filmed aboard a US Navy aircraft carrier, and it’s not likely to garner her any awards.

  The five-time Oscar nominee unwittingly made an appearance in a raunchy video produced by a Navy captain that included slurs against gays, simulated anal probes and two men snacking on brown bar that they discovered floating in a toilet.

  “I am distraught that my image has been used to perpetuate something that I abhor,” Close said in a statement released by her publicist. “The cynical, unauthorized use of my image in this video is deeply offensive and insulting, and was the result of a seemingly innocent request of me during a visit to the aircraft carrier over four years ago.”

  In the segment, a montage set to Peter Cetera’s song “Glory of Love,” Close is seated in a chair cradling a metal bowl containing stuffed toy parrot. Wearing a black leather jacket and what appears to be a USS Enterprise cap, she looks straight into the camera and says a word or two. Moments earlier, the montage included a shot of a tube of personal lubricant and a package of condoms.

  The video resulted in Capt. Owen Honors, who was behind the video, being permanently relieved of his duties aboard the USS Enterprise. The Navy’s Adm. John C. Harvey Jr. said the video “calls into question (Honors’) character and completely undermines his credibility to serve effectively in command.”

  No word on what happened to the parrot.

  In an interview with Shape magazine in 2010, country cutie LeAnn Rimes said, “I feel like my body is changing and that I’m growing up into a woman… I’ve gained a lot of muscle, and I feel like I have more curves too. My butt—well, I’ve always had a butt—but now I definitely have a butt, which I love.”

  The question being asked now is, has Rimes gone and matched her new basement with a new top floor?

  It looks like the the Grammy winner may have had more than her stockings stuffed on Christmas, as she sported a new, va-va-voom bustline in Twitter pics in a Santa suit, and while frolicking in a revealing bikini over the holidays on the beaches of Cabo San Lucas, Mexico with her new fiancé, Eddie Cibrian.

  UsMagazine.com reports that Rimes got a boob job because she was insecure about her bust size. “She was a small A-cup. She often talked about wanting implants. She’d say, ‘I want just a little bit so that they’re proportionate to my body,’” the magazine quoted a source as saying.

  Plastic surgeon Dr. Peter Geldner with The Geldner Center in Chicago told FOX411.com that “there’s no question that she had implants. She looks spectacular!”

  Geldner, who does not treat Rimes, said he can’t tell if they are “saline or gel, but I suspect aubmuscular, not too big, just right!”

  For her part, Rimes joked about the rumors on her Twitter page Tuesday, writing, “The rumors are true…Eddie got chest implants…ok,there FINE -”

  Calls from FOX411.com to Rimes’ rep were not returned.

  Perhaps Cibrian knows a good thing when he sees it. Rimes reportedly got her breast augmented by the same surgeon who worked on Cibrian’s ex-wife, Brandi Glanville—even going as far as getting the same cup size.

  Yikes.

  Kellie Pickler marries boyfriend in secret Caribbean ceremony

  Country singer Kellie Pickler married her boyfriend Kyle Jacobs this weekend on a private island in the Caribbean, her rep tells FOX411.com.

  While no photos or details of the ceremony were released, her rep said the “intimate ceremony” took place on New Year’s Day.

  Pickler, 24, and Jacobs, a songwriter, met back in 2007. Jacobs, 37, has penned hits for singers Tim McGraw and Garth Brooks, as well as working on Pickler’s latest album.

  Jacobs popped the question this summer, but the couple kept quiet on any plans for the big day.

  They weren’t the only stars who got married this weekend, as fellow country singer Shania Twain and actress Valerie Bertinelli also tied the knot with their partners.

  Dita Von Teese making her small screen debut on 'CSI'

  Dita Von Teese fans, set your DVRs.

  The burlesque beauty is performing her signature sultry champagne glass dance on the January 20 episode “CSI: Crime Scene Investigation.”

  Von Teese makes her small screen debut with her performance, “It’s great because it’s a big episode, and I play my very good friend Eric Szmanda’s love interest,” Von Teese told BlackBook magazine. “Originally, I was just going to make a small cameo of some kind, but now I play three different characters! It’s a great challenge for me, much different than creating and performing burlesque shows.”

  Her “CSI” castmates were already familiar with Von Teese’s work.

  “Most of the cast and crew have seen my burlesque show, and they’re really a great team, and are all very encouraging,” she said. “I couldn’t ask for a better television debut, especially on such a great show, and there’s a moment where viewers get to see a glimpse of my actual burlesque show.”

  'Crazed' Pam Anderson fan arrested after violent altercation with police, report says

  Pamela Anderson endured a terrifying altercation with an apparent crazed fan who was arrested by police after he became violent when they stopped him from boarding a train with the “Baywatch” star, according to a report from the U.K. Daily Mail.

  According to the Mail, Anderson had just finished performing the role of the Genie in a theater production of “Aladdin” and was getting ready to return to London when the man tried to board the train car.

  The 21-year-old was then asked to produce a ticket, but became violent when police interrogated him. According to the Mail, the man allegedly turned violent and attempted to bite an officer before being subdued with pepper spray.

  Starz launching sexy 'Spartacus' game on Facebook

  “Spartacus” fans, you can stop harassing your friends on Facebook with Farmville.

  The historical drama, most known for its abundance of full frontal nudity, debuted on Starz last year to record numbers for the network. Now its one of the first television series to get a social media game, launching on January 20.

  “Given its powerful characters and larger-than-life storylines, few television properties have as much potential for innovative social game play as does ‘Spartacus,’” said Marc DeBevoise, senior vice president, digital media, business development and strategy for Starz Media. “We are excited to make our social media gaming debut and be one of the early networks to bring a branded TV property to the social gaming universe.”

  Similar to “Mafia Wars” and other social networking games, “Spartacus: Gods of the Arena” is free to play and allows you to run your very own gladiator school and participate in Roman role play.

  6waves, the social media publisher responsible for dozens of Facebook games with over 75 million users, authored the game.

  Starz will also launch a free iPad script app for fans that includes the first episode, “Spartacus: Blood and Sand” (“The Red Serpent”) on January 22. The app will offer video content from the series, historical background information and cast photos.

  Where in the world is Lindsay Lohan?

  “Today is the first day of the rest of my life,” actress Lindsay Lohan wrote on Twitter on Monday. ” ‘The future depends on what we do in the present.’ — Mahatma Gandhi….One step at a time….”

  But where Lindsay Lohan actually is at the present time is still anyone’s guess.

  On Monday, Lohan was reportedly preparing to leave the Betty Ford Center after three months of court-ordered treatment for various substance abuse issues that had been scheduled to end on Jan. 3.

  Then came reports that Lohan had instead decided to extend her stay there into the weekend.

  But wait just a second. Another report claimed that Lohan had already left the premises!

  Not only that, an additional outlet had her moving into a house in Venice, Calif. near her ex, Samantha Ronson!

  Taylor Swift bombs at selling magazines, while Lady Gaga excels

  The many loves of country crooner Taylor Swift may keep the gossip hounds interested, but as far as moving monthly magazines, she’s dead in the water.

  The Pennsylvania native has the dubious distinction of being on the cover of Elle magazine’s worst selling issue of the year, with 60,000 fewer copies sold than a typical issue, according to a report by WWD with research from the Audit Bureau of Circulations.

  Swift’s mug also failed to move many copies of Glamour or Marie Claire, as her covers were those magazines’ second and third worst selling issues of the year, respectively.
