  • Poll: Which 60-plus actress looks best?

    FOX 411 | Editor

V magazine debuted the covers from its upcoming “Who Cares About Age Issue,” featuring actresses Jane Fonda, Sigourney Weaver and Susan Sarandon.

Despite Hollywood’s obsession with youth, it seems these actresses have all managed to have relevant careers well-past the average leading-lady age. At 72, Fonda tells the magazine that her life has never been richer, more active, or more fulfilling.

Weaver, at 61, just appeared in one of the biggest blockbusters of all time, “Avatar,” and Sarandon just starred in “Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps.”

Of the actresses, V says, “in this, our Who Cares About Age Issue, they’ve all told us, in varying words, that society’s stigma of age has no bearing on their daily lives, only that they feel more confident in who they are and more gorgeous inside and out with each passing day.”

  • Wesley Snipes to Be Ordered to Prison for Tax Evasion

    FOX 411 | Editor

A federal judge granted a government motion that actor Wesley Snipes be ordered to prison.

Snipes had been convicted on tax evasion charges in 2008.

His attorneys had requested a new trial, but that motion was denied on Friday by U.S. District Court Judge William Terrell Hodges.

Earlier this month, federal attorneys had asked a central Florida judge to revoke Wesley Snipes’ bond if the actor was granted a new trial, but it looks like that point is now moot.

Snipes’ attorneys argued he deserved a new trial because of jury bias in his 2008 conviction. They said two jurors were accusing other jurors of deciding the case without hearing evidence.

They also said prosecutors hid damaging information about a key witness.

Federal prosecutors argued interviewing those jurors about their deliberations would violate juror rules, and intimidate future juries.

The star of the “Blade” trilogy faces a three-year prison sentence.

Snipes has been free on bond while appealing.

Emails from FOX411.com to Snipes’ attorneys were not immediately returned.

  • Princess Diana's wedding dress designer offers Kate Middleton advice

    FOX 411 | Editor

The designer who created the late Princess Diana’s wedding gown has some advice for Kate Middleton on the type of wedding gown she should choose.

In an interview with TooFab.com, Elizabeth Emanuel says Middelton should keep it simple when choosing her dress for her nuptials next year.

“I think she’s got a very good figure, so she should probably wear something quite simple, but with a really nice, strong silhouette,” Emanuel told TooFab. “Probably classic but with a bit of an edge to it, since she’s got a good fashion sense.

Emanuel says Middleton has the power to inspire countless copycat looks and set a trend for 2011 with her choice.

“She is certainly on her way to being a style icon, I imagine she will be,” Emanuel said.

  • Kelly Osbourne: Issues with my weight, self esteem led to drug problems

    FOX 411 | Editor

“I understand that being judged by others comes with the territory, but it broke my heart and ruined my self esteem,” she said of the things people said about her.

“It sets you up to hate yourself in a huge way. I was so angry about the things people said about me. I truly believe it’s the main reason I turned to Vicodin and ended up in rehab three times. I just hated myself.”

  • Taylor Swift: I give bad relationship advice

    FOX 411 | Editor

    (Michael Thomspon/Allure magazine)

Country singer Taylor Swift says love is the one thing in her life “she doesn’t have a strategy for.”

In an interview with Allure magazine, Swift admits she once thought she had it all figured out and dished out her fair share of bad relationship advice.

“Like, the best way to get a guy to like you would be to actively ignore him. I was filled with advice! I’d tell my friends things like, Don’t accept that apology! That isn’t sincere! Or he hung out with his ex-girlfriend? Get rid of him. But love is never that simple. Now I’m finally getting the idea it’s the one thing I don’t need to have a strategy for. I can only write the material I know, which is what happens to me.”

Bristol Palin, Mike “The Situation” Sorrentino and The Candie’s Foundation have teamed up to film a public service announcement for the prevention of teen pregnancy.

The lighthearted video urges teens to “Pause Before You Play,” while Palin and Sorrentino debate safe sex and abstinence in a viral video.
