  Cristina Not Caliente Enough for ‘So You Think You Can Dance'

  Excuse us if we’re a little emotional right now — we’re sad about Cristina.

  OK, so we’re not completely shocked that the Latin dancer with the rockin’ bod got booted from “So You Think You Can Dance” on Thursday night. We thought her Paso Doble was amazing on Wednesday, but we knew she didn’t have the star quality to last very long in a competition like this. For that reason alone, we predicted she’d be in the bottom three.

  We also predicted that Melinda would be in the bottom three — and we had our fingers crossed that the judges would spare Cristina at Melinda’s expense (sorry, Melinda!) Like Cristina, she was in the bottom three for the second week in a row — and we agree with Nigel that the public isn’t connecting with her.   It’s the fight we’ve all be waiting for since the days of leg warmers and acid-washed jeans. 80s pop teen queens Tiffany and Debbie Gibson are finally going to face off, and it’s going to be nastier than your feet sweating in those jelly shoes!

  Tiffany, the former teen singer famous for her single, “I Think We’re Alone Now,” will face-off against the “Only in My Dreams” crooner in a new Syfy signature Saturday night original movie called ‘Mega Python vs. Gataroid’ according to “The Hollywood Reporter.”

  'So You Think You Can Dance' tries to be sexy

  The problem with “So You Think You Can Dance” is that everyone is so good — which leaves little to critique other than the contestants’ acting ability and sex appeal.

  On Wednesday night, the Top 10 fought to prove they excel in both of these categories.Cristina kicked off the night doing the Paso Doble with sexy Pasha. We loved the strong choreography and the costumes, and it was clear that Cristina put her all into the performance (though we think she has little chance of winning the show). Nigel and Mia agreed that Cristina gave them plenty of Ps, including “passion” and “power.” And Cat even growled.

  Kate Gosselin could be next for Jake Pavelka

  “The Bachelor” star Jake Pavelka and fiance Vienna Girardi broke up this week after seven months of unwedded non-bliss. Vienna is moving on with ABC Family’s “Greek” hottie Gregory Michael, and FOX411.com has learned Jake may be calling America’s most famous mother of eight.

  Yep, we’re talking about Kate Gosselin.

  A friend of the former couple tells FOX411.com that Jake liked Kate so much during his time on “Dancing with the Stars,” she may be hearing from the hunky pilot for a date now that both of them are single.

  “Jake adored Kate on ‘Dancing with the Stars’ and spoke very highly of her to Vienna,” the pal said. “It’s never easy to hear your man talking about another woman. During ‘DWTS,’ Vienna and Jake were having some problems already and Jake would gush about Kate! He really liked her, respected her and looked up to her. Jake was always talking about Kate and the two of them had super friendly chemistry on set.”

  So while the other men on the set were busy avoiding Kate, Jake was doing just the opposite. “Jake was the one man at ‘DWTS’ that seemed to understand Kate and he accepted her as she was,” said our insider. “He liked her and was never bothered by her while all the other guys would avoid her.”

  Kate appreciated the support from Jake, too. (Gosselin was one of the show’s worst dancers and did not get along with her dance partner Tony Dovolani.) “Jake was adorable with Kate. He hugged her and chatted with her when they had down time. He would tell people what a great mom she was and how hard-working she was for her kids,” said our source. “Jake loved her goals and her work ethic. He’s a driven guy and they had that in common. Kate did her share of friendly flirting with Jake right back, it wasn’t all Jake.”

  Meanwhile, Vienna has already moved on, and is hoping for her own run on “Dancing with the Stars.” “Vienna felt like she was trapped in a contract and they had to try to stick it out, even though the romance faded fast,” our source said. “She tried to make it work, and now she would like a spot on ‘DWTS.’ She’s moving on fast.”

  Sketches from Madonna's Material Girl junior's line released

  New sketches from Madonna’s juniors clothing line have finally been revealed.

  The pop queen is co-designing the line with her 13-year-old daughter Lourdes. The sketches show mini-dresses, blazers, accessories and jeans. According to InStyle.com, the line will feature a mix of tough and feminine designs.

  The line, called Material Girl, will be sold exclusively at Macy’s and on Macys.com. It will be available for purchase August 3.

  Kellie Pickler gets engaged

  Country star Kellie Pickler got engaged to songwriter Kyle Jacobs on June 15.

  Why is that date significant?

  Its the birthday of Kellie’s late grandmother, Faye.

  “It turned out to be the most amazing day of my life,” the singer told People magazine. “My whole world changed. We both feel like we got my grandmother’s blessing.”

  Pickler said Jacobs planned the proposal on a Florida beach at sunset.

  “Afterward, we just held each other and had the most beautiful prayer,” Jacobs told the magazine. “We had a little champagne and talked and laughed and cried.”

  Pickler joins fellow country brides-to-be Miranda Lambert and (also a former “Idol” star) Carrie Underwood.

  “We’re all just happy for each other,” Pickler says. “I’m sure we’ll be having some girl talk and we’ll share ideas. We just keep joking about how there must be something in the water!”

  Triple wedding, anyone?

  Lindsay Lohan will pose nude in handbag campaign

  The always interesting Lindsay Lohan is expanding her 6126 fashion brand into handbags and accessories.

  And what better way to promote such a move than by posing in your birthday suit?

  That’s how Lohan plans to drum up some publicity for her growing fashion concern.

  Just one problem.

  That big old clunky SCRAM bracelet on her ankle doesn’t photograph so well.

  An executive at The California Bag, the company planning to license the range told LA magazine that they were “thinking of having police on hand so we can remove the ankle bracelet for the pictures.”

  Do police really show up for such things? Aren’t there criminals to hunt down and such?

  Lohan currently markets a line of leggings under the 6126 moniker, and her past forays into fashion have been less than successful.

  Lohan was widely panned when she was a guest designer for Ungaro in Paris last season.

  Posing naked is also nothing new for the former “Mean Girls” star. She posed for a Marylin Monroe-inspired semi-nude shoot for New York magazine in 2008.

  We added a red ribbon to this shot of 17-year-old Miley Cyrus, which Reuters was offering, along with several other photos of the singer, to news outlets following Sunday’s MuchMusic Awards show in Toronto.

  Reuters told FOXNews.com that it decided to run the photo in part because it was taken at a public event that was seen by hundreds of people.
