  Dr. Conrad Murray agrees to propofol ban in Texas

  Michael Jackson’s embattled personal physician Conrad Murray agreed to stop administering Propofol while awaiting trial on manslaughter charges stemming from the June 25, 2009 death of the King of Pop.

  He entered into an Agreed Order of Restriction with the Texas Medical Board on Friday “that prohibits Dr. Murray from using or administering any anesthetic agent that is normally administered by an anesthesiologist, including Propofol or any other heavy sedatives; or prescribing or administering any form of general sedation to a patient.

  Mischa Barton's ex-boyfriend dubs her 'one of fattest people in the planet'

  Well, here’s a post that should make all women feel better about the men in their life.

  Oily-skinned oil heir Brandon Davis, famous for coining the term “firecrotch,” said his ex-girlfriend Mischa Barton is one of the “fattest people in the planet.”

  Davis ran into Barton at the Nylon party in Los Angeles Wednesday, and he decided to take to Twitter to voice his thoughts.

  “Omg. Just realized my ex turned into 1 of the fattest people in the planet. I’m gonna start dating plus size models. Not! Mischa the Hefer.”

  The encounter reportedly left Barton upset and nervous all night, with the New York Daily News claiming she chain-smoked all night with a sour look on her face.

  Barton and Davis dated during her years on “The O.C.”

  The serial wife and screen icon, 78, recently became engaged to 49-year-old Jason Winters of Sterling Winters Management, according to a report from Us Magazine.

  Winters reps such high-powered clients as Janet Jackson, the sister of Taylor’s longtime friend Michael Jackson.

  Michelle 'Bombshell' McGee says she's no Nazi, keeps porn shoots outside her house

  You know you’re in trouble in a custody case when you have to state unequivocally that you don’t pose in front of your porn-site webcam when your kids are present.

  That’s just one of the assertions Michelle ‘Bombshell’ McGee, the tattooed woman who said she slept with Sandra Bullock’s husband Jesse James, made in court documents obtained by TMZ.

  Bombshell is in a custody fight over her son with her ex-husband Shane Modica.

  Here are were unsworn statements.

  “I do NOT have a swastika tattoo on me.” (TMZ says she does.)

  “I do NOT show my children how to ‘Nazi salute.’”

  “The child block magnets spelling ‘white power’ was NOT of my doing. Friends of Shane’s did this and gave the picture to Shane upon HIS requested (sic) so he could use it against me in court.”

  “I do NOT do any pornography in my house.”

  “I do NOT do any webcam ’sessions’ from my home with my children present.”

  She also says her “WP” tattoo does not stand for “white power.” We can’t tell you what she says it does stand for – but Huffington Post does, if you’re interested (at the end of their item).

  It’s quite dirty.

  Jenny McCarthy closing her school for autistic children

  Hard on the heels of her split from actor Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy is closing her well-known school for autistic children, Teach2Talk Academy.

  “Jenny and her partner at the Academy, Sarah Scheflen, had different visions for the school and made a decision to go their separate ways,” Jenny’s rep told the entertainment site HollywoodLife.com.
  “Both intend to continue on in this important mission. Sarah and Jenny really enjoyed their time working at the Academy and feel honored that they were able to provide such high quality early intervention services to so many children with autism and other developmental disabilities.”

  Despite the news, McCarthy’s image (above) is still on the school’s web site home page.

  Demi Moore says when she sees something new, she wants a piece of it!

  “The Joneses” is a movie about a fake perfect family created as a marketing experiment starring Demi Moore and David Duchovny.

  We could explain more, but it’s just so complicated, trust us – you know enough.

  Fox News talked to David and Demi, who was was joined by hubby Ashton Kutcher and daughter Rumer Willis, about what they thought of their new flick.

  FOX411: Demi Moore wants to have baby with Ashton Kutcher.

  “I think that the thought provoking part of it for me is looking at our desire to succeed and achieve, [which] will never be as valuable as our connections to one another,” Moore told Fox News.

  The actress said it was only natural that people want the best of what’s around.

  “I think it’s an energy – almost an addiction to … what’s new,” Moore said. “You see something [new] and you want a piece of it, you want to have it.”

  Exhibit A? Um, Ashton Kutcher!

  Duchovny, who plays her fake spouse in the movie, is a bit more cynical about people’s desire to have it all.

  Lindsay Lohan getting a new step-assistant-mother

  Only in the Lohan family could it come to this.

  Lindsay Lohan’s estranged father, Michael Lohan, is getting remarried!

  The “lucky” gal? Why it is none other than the comely Kate Major, former girlfriend of fellow famously unliked celebrity father, Jon Gosselin.

  But wait, there’s more.

  Before she dated and became engaged to Michael Lohan, before she dated (and didn’t become engaged to) Jon Gosselin, before she was a reporter for Star magazine, for that matter, guess what Kate Major did?

  She was Lindsay Lohan’s assistant!

  PopEater.com reported that a friend of the two said “Kate was really close with Lindsay when she was in rehab at Cirque Lodge in 2007. Kate drove her back to Los Angeles from Utah and was the one that brought in the first-person post-rehab interview for In Touch.”

  The friend added that “Lindsay stopped returning her calls when Kate started getting closer to Michael Lohan.”

  Which would explain Lindsay’s pained reaction when she heard of Kate and Michael’s pending nuptials.

  “I’m gonna vomit!”

  Major, however, begged to differ with PopEater.com’s assessment of her relationship with Lindsay.

  “I have been good friends with Lindsay and I did do things like drive her around and make hair appointments for her, but I was never paid to be her assistant,” she said.

  Indeed.

  Exclusive: Steve Carell and Tina Fey had two of the worst dates ever...

  We spent a lovely evening talking to the comedy duo at the movie’s New York premiere. In the film, they play a bored married couple whose one night on the town becomes a night on the run after a case of mistaken identity turns them into targets.

  There’s a lot of action packed into the caper, which apparently now has Carell thinking of himself as a big action hero.

  “Yes, I am a bona fide action star, and I’m saying it on Fox first,” he told Fox411.

  Demi Moore wants another baby, will play Miley Cyrus' mom in new movie

  Will we be seeing another nude and pregnant Demi Moore on a magazine someday?

  Demi Moore’s got babies on the brain.

  Not only does she want another kid herself, she’s going to play a mom in her next film.

  “We talk about it and it’s something that we would like,” she told the UK edition of Elle magazine, speaking of husband Ashton Kutcher and adding to their family. “He’s an amazing father to my daughters already, so I have no doubt that if it’s in our future, it would be another incredible part of our journey together.”

  Moore, 47, has three grown daughters with her first husband, actor Bruce Willis.

  She also spoke of appearing nude while quite pregnant with her first child, Rumer, on the cover of Vanity Fair in 1991.
