  Christie Brinkley and Alexa Ray Joel get mother/daughter plastic surgery, report says

  Alexa Ray Joel talked to People magazine about her new nose job, saying she felt “really good” about the new schnoz.

  But Star magazine said that’s just half of the story.

  The celebrity tabloid is reporting that mom Christie Brinkley went in for a “mini face lift” at the same hospital within 24 hours of her daughter’s operation.

  Joel said of her own surgery that  “I was self-conscious of pictures taken from the side. To some people that’s vain, but at the end of the day, we all want to feel pretty.”

  Jessica Simpson says she doesn't brush teeth regularly, is addicted to Nicorette

  Jessica Simpson went on Ellen Degeneres’ talk show Wednesday to talk about her romantic life, but she let something slip that was even more interesting.

  She doesn’t brush her teeth more than three times a week.

  “My teeth are so white and I don’t like them to feel too slippery, but I do use Listerine and I do floss every day,” Jessica explained. “But, I don’t brush them every day. I’ll use a shirt or something. I know it’s gross but I always have fresh breath. It’s really weird, but I have great breath.”

  Alrighty then! And the dating question?

  “I mingle around very privately,” she said. “I have ways in and out of my house and certain places that I go that are private just so I can have a normal life. I’m still out there and being normal.”

  Normal as in … brushing your teeth once every other day?

  But that’s not all of our breaking Jessica Simpson mouth news. On Tuesday night, the single singer went on “The Tonight Show” and told Jay Leno that while she has never smoked, she has become addicted to nicotine in gum form.

  “The first time I ever chewed a piece of Nicorette gum one of my close friends’ mother gave it to me,” she said. “I was chewing it and it was like a party in my mouth. It was like fireworks and ‘Oh my god, I’m talking a million miles per hour and I love this gum and what kind of gum is this? I have to have this gum.’”

  It sounds like if someone created nicotine toothpaste, all of Jessica’s problems would be solved!

  Can Lindsay Lohan be saved?

  Just a few years ago, Lindsay Lohan was the hottest young actress in Hollywood, making the rarely successful transition from adorable child actor in “Parent Trap” and “Freaky Friday” to a bankable, A-list movie star.

  When she posed as Marilyn Monroe for New York magazine in 2008, Lindsay seemed destined to follow her idol and become one of Hollywood’s leading ladies for years to come.

  Since then, however, her life has spiraled out of control. Several arrests and stints in rehab have put the actress on the covers of the celebrity tabloids. Now friends tell FOX411.com exclusively that Lohan, 23, is living in squalor, and she can’t get a part in a movie because no one will insure her.

  “Lindsay has been living in a major mess lately. Whether she’s in her home or a hotel room, she does not pick up after herself or take care of things,” a source close to Lohan told FOX411. “She sleeps on a mattress on the floor, there’s spilled coffee and drinks around the rooms, and stuff all over, clothes everywhere. It is not a clean home environment. She sleeps most days and it is difficult to wake her up.”

  To make matters even scarier, Lindsay’s 16-year-old sister, Ali, has been staying with her.

  “Ali lives with Lindsay. I think [their mother] Dina believes that it will help Lindsay to have Ali around,” the insider said. “Ali is also in L.A. for work and is hoping to land something soon as an actress. It’s a stretch to think that Lindsay should be responsible for Ali. Lindsay has enough trouble taking care of herself.”

  IDOL 411: Crystal Bowersox wants a ring!

  All of the six remaining “American Idol” contestants did Shania Twain proud on Tuesday night — but a couple of them got just a little bit too personal.

  Crystal Bowersox prefaced her performance of “No One Needs to Know,” a song about a girl who’s secretly dreaming about marrying her boyfriend and popping out babies, by saying: “It’s a message to my boyfriend . . . he’ll man up one of these days.”

  In other words, what she was really trying to say was, “If you liked it then you should have put a ring on it.”

  VOTE: Who’s been the most helpful celebrity mentor this season?

  We agreed with the judges that it wasn’t Crystal’s best performance, but we thought it was very cute, especially with her boyfriend sitting in the audience.

  Sandra Bullock divorcing Jesse James, already adopted a baby

  How is that for a turn of events?

  Sandra Bullock has come out with two shockers at once. Not only has she confirmed that she is divorcing her philandering husband Jesse James, she’s also revealing she has adopted an infant son!

  Bullock tells People magazine that all along during her husband’s cheating scandal, she had been keeping big secret.

  And his name is Louis.

  Bullock told the magazine that she is now the proud adopted mother of Louis Bardo Bullock. The 3½-month-old baby boy was born in New Orleans.

  Report: Sandra Bullock will not seek custody of Jesse James' kids

  Actress Sandra Bullock will not seek custody of estranged husband Jesse James’ children, RadarOnline.com reports.

  With both Bullock and James both photographed without their wedding rings in recent weeks, it looks as if there will be no hope for a reconciliation between their family since reports of his alleged infidelity surfaced last month.

  And despite her mother-role in the lives of his three children, Bullock’s rep told Radar that there will not be a custody battle.

  Olivia Munn is latest naked celebrity posing for PETA

  The number of female actresses who haven’t posed nude for PETA might now just outnumber those who have.

  ‘Iron Man 2′ actress Olivia Munn is the one who tipped the balance.

  Her nude billboard attacks the circus for its treatment of elephants, specifically those employed by Ringling Brothers and Barnum & Bailey.

  “When you look at something like the circus and everyone’s laughing and there’s color and there’s music and everything seems so great, but when you go right behind that door and they’re in these crates all day long and then they’re getting shocked and beat just so they can get up and dance around on a ball … it was just so sickening,” she said in a commerical also released by the animal rights group.

  Dumbo would undoubtedly agree.

  The actress explained herself in the April issue of Harper’s Bazaar, saying “The amount of men I know with the same age gap that we have—how come no one says anything about that?   Johnson, for his part, says he is “excited” about the baby and adds Taylor-Wood is “a fantastic mother.”

  Tito Ortiz arrested on domestic violence charges against Jenna Jameson

  Mixed martial arts star Tito Ortiz was arrested Monday on charges of domestic violence at the home he shares with former adult actress Jenna Jameson, TMZ reports.

  The police received a 911 call at 9:53 am reporting a disturbance at the home. The website ran photos of Ortiz being led from the home in handcuffs.

  Jameson later left the house with her father, and told a TMZ photographer she would be pressing charges.

  “I’m gonna be alright,” she said through tears. “My babies are alright … everything’s OK .. he’s in jail.”

  Jameson was referring to their twin sons, Jesse Jameson Ortiz and Journey Jett Ortiz, born in 2009.

  Police arrived at their Huntington Beach, CA home and found Jameson with “visible injuries,” TMZ reported.

  On Sunday night, Jameson had updated her Twitter account with an upbeat post: “Me and Tito are at Sushi on Fire!”

  A person close to Jameson told Fox411.com she was “shocked” to hear about Ortiz’s alleged domestic violence arrest, having thought the two had a great relationship.

  The couple has been dating since 2006, when they met on MySpace.

  Randy Quaid and wife thrown in jail after repeatedly failing to appear in court

  Randy Quaid and his wife Evi appeared in court Monday in Santa Barbara, CA and were promptly thrown in jail, RadarOnline.com reports.

  Santa Barbara District Attorney Arnie Tolks said the “Vacation” star and his wife  arrived with their attorney and a bail bondsman.

  “The court was angry. Judge (Frank) Ochoa told the Quaids that he felt they’d been disrespectful and brought up the last time they came to court flashing their Golden Globe award,” Tolks told the entertainment website. “The Quaids apologized and told him that they didn’t mean to be disrespectful.”

  The judge remanded them to custody and set bail at $100,000.

  The Quaids were wanted to appear in court on charges of defrauding an inkeeper.

  They had failed to make several previous court appearances.
