“Real Housewives of New Jersey” star Teresa Giudice gave birth to her fourth daughter seven months ago, and she says little Adriana – who joins Gia, 9, Gabriella, 5, and Milania, 4 – is her last baby.

“I’m done,” Teresa, 37, told Fox411 when asked if she’d like to try for a boy. “Would my husband want to have another child? Yes! He keeps saying let’s have another one. We make such beautiful babies we should go for another one. I’m like, ‘Are you crazy?’”

The reality star even shares her plan to prevent conceiving another little Giudice: “I’m going to have to get something inserted to make sure about that,” she confides to 411. “Was that TMI?”

Husband Joe may want a son, but Teresa is happy about her house full of girls. “If I would have had a boy, I would have felt bad,” she says. “I would have felt like I needed to give him a brother, so I’m glad it was a girl.”

The fiercely feminine “Housewife” (Dina once said if Teresa’s baby were a boy he would be a drag queen) is raising some very girly daughters. Giudice tells reporters that she “doesn’t mind” the big hair and tanning that Jersey is known for. In fact, Teresa admits her eldest daughter is embracing the beauty routine early. “We were just in Florida and my daughter was laying out tanning at age 9!”

The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s second season premieres May 3 on Bravo.
