Jesse James’ ex-wife is back in the picture.

Confined to a halfway house after serving time for tax evasion, porn star Janine Lindemulder is going back to court to get more custodial rights over her and Jesse’s daughter Sunny, TMZ reports.

James currently has full custody of his daughter, in part due to Sandra Bullock’s efforts on his behalf, which included writing a letter to court saying James was a great dad.

Lindemulder’s court date is set for June 14.

Meanwhile it looks like James has not given up hope for reconciling with Bullock after a tattoo model went public with her affair with the “Monster’s Garage” star. James was photographed out this weekend still wearing his wedding ring after issuing an apology on Friday.

It looks like his one-time mistress Michelle “Bombshell” McGee will not be going away anytime soon, however.

Video of the Internet fetishist stripping in San Diego surfaced on TMZ this weekend, and McGee, who reportedly was paid $30,000 for her exclusive interview with In Touch magazine, is looking for more money for follow-up interviews and steamy pics.
