Tiger Woods has reportedly been spotted for the first time since the November 2009 car crash that led to revelations of his serial infidelity.

A man appearing to be a bearded, hooded Woods was photographed at the Pine Grove Behavioral Health and Addiction Services’ facility called Gentle Path in Hattiesburg, Mississippi.

According to The National Enquirer, Woods is undergoing a six-week intensive treatment under the supervision of Dr. Patrick Carnes, an expert on sex addiction.

Woods reportedly entered the facility in late December as part of a bid to save his fiive-year marriage to former bikini model Elin Nordegren. According to the Enquirer, Nordegren demanded Woods enter treatment, or she would divorce him.

  • 'Survivor' contestant Jennifer Lyon dies at 37

Reality-star Jennifer Lyon, who appeared as a contestant on “Survivor Palau,” has died at the age of 37.

Lyon, who finished fourth place on “Survivor” in 2005 lost her battle with breast cancer Tuesday after a nearly five year battle. She was diagnosed with the disease at the age of 33 in 2005.

“In the summer of 2004, I felt something in my right breast that didn’t feel normal,” Lyon told People magazine in 2005. “I thought it was probably scar tissue related to my breast implants. So I let it go for a long time.”

According to a report from Us magazine, Lyon underwent a double mastectomy and chemotherapy treatment in an attempt to battle the cancer and was an outspoken advocate for breast cancer charities.

Fellow “Survivor” contestants praised Lyon as a fighter and a caring person.

“She was engaged in the greatest fight of her life, but she had every intention to fight and spread her positive messages,” Austin Carty of “Survivor: Panama Exlie Island” told Us.

  • IDOL 411: 'Boob boxing' could be the next 'Pants on the Ground'!

    IDOL 411 |

    boobs600

When Barack Obama said, “Yes, We Can,” we don’t think he was talking about “American Idol.”

Nevertheless, a whopping 12,000 contestants tried out for the show in the president’s hometown of Chicago, some with blue hair and an accordion, others in revealing biker shorts. Only 13, however, received Golden Tickets, leaving 11,987 people for America to make fun of (which is the main point of the show, isn’t it?)

While we weren’t treated to all 11,987 rejects, there were some standouts among the ones we did see.

Such as, you guessed it, the boob trick girl.

DIGITAL FLIPBOOK: Amy Lang’s “Boob Boxing.”

While the ladies out there might be wondering how Amy Lang, 26, managed to flex her boobs — or “boob box,” as Kara put it — the gag didn’t do much for the judges. Lang may not have made it to Hollywood, but she did take the TMI trophy for admitting to an erotic dream about Ryan

WATCH the “Boob Box” Girl Amy Lang’s audition.

Even weirder than the boob flexer was “tip-toe” guy Brian Krause, 27, who claims to have been in the Army and swore on his mother’s life that his ridiculously high-pitched voice was authentic (as in, not just a grab at 15 minutes of fame on YouTube). We hope he was crossing his fingers behind his back.

WATCH “Tip-Toe” Guy Brian Krause’s audition.

Winning the Paula Abdul award for spaciest audition was 19-year-old Alannah Halbert. Immediately after her performance, she admitted to “dazing off,” explaining, “I didn’t know what they were trying to say… I didn’t know what I was doing.” Then why did you try out, Alannah?

Who was the weirdest reject of the night? [Poll]

One person who did know what she was doing was guest judge Shania Twain. Smart, funny, beautiful to look at, and genuinely interested in the contestants, Twain was our favorite of the three guest judges so far this season.

Who has been the best celebrity judge this season? [Poll]

And while Twain might not be impressed by Brad Pitt, she was more than a little excited by 20-year-old John Park, admiring his “beautiful bottom end,” “nice lips,” and “good head.” OK, by the end she was mainly just titillating Randy with the double entendres, but it was still a little racy.

Park, of course, had a back story about how his parents didn’t want him to take singing lessons. It’s a golden rule on “Idol” that once you start hearing about a contestant’s family problems or life-threatening illness, nine out of 10 times he or she is going to Hollywood.

More evidence of this rule: 19-year-old Katelyn Epperly.

Katelyn informed all of America that her dad left her mom this summer, and that she was siding with her mom in the divorce. Although we’re not sure how we feel about airing the family’s dirty laundry on TV’s most popular show to win sympathy points with the judges, she sang a unique version of Duffy’s “Syrup and Honey” and made the cut.

Angela Martin, 28, and Paige Dechausse, 21, also had sad stories to tell — a dead giveaway that they were getting through.

While Chi-Town ran the gamut from adorable (we loved little 16-year-old Charity Vance) to frightening (26-year-old Curley Newbern’s ear-piercing rendition of Maxwell’s “This Woman’s Work” caused Simon to ask him: “Do animals turn up outside your house when you sing?”), the city definitely did their best to entertain us. Yes, they did.

Last year, Eva Mendes topped AskMen.com’s Top 99 Most Desirable Women of 2009 list.

This year, she barely cracked the Top 10!

“Entourage” star Emanuelle Chriqui (pronounced shriek-ee) is Numero Uno on the men’s interest site in 2010,  narrowly besting 2010 runner-up, Victoria’s Secret model Marissa Miller.

SLIDESHOW: AskMen.com’s Top 20 Most Desirable Women of 2010.

Meanwhile, Mendes dropped to #9, and last year’s runner-up, Megan Fox, fell to #11.

  • Jay Leno gives his version of the NBC disaster, calls Conan O'Brien 'nice guy'

    FOX 411 | Editor

    conanleno600

Jay Leno gave his version of the NBC late-night debacle during the opening monologue of the “Jay Leno Show” on Monday night.

Leno’s explanation came as the Wall Street Journal reported Conan O’Brien will get a $40 million buyout on his contract and will be able to start a new show in the fall.

O’Brien would be barred from bad-mouthing his former NBC bosses, sources told the paper, something O’Brien and Leno have had a field day with since Leno’s show was canceled and O’Brien was asked to move the “Tonight Show” into the following morning.

Leno also said on-air that there may be new details released from NBC on the matter on Tuesday.

  • Idol 411: Week two of "Idol" abuse begins...

    IDOL 411 |

The “American Idol” whistle stop tour continues through Chicago and Orlando this week (who’s doing their routing, by the way?) with the Barbie doll guest judge portion of the program.

Newly single Shania Twain will presumably give beauty tips in the Windy City, while Tony/Emmy winner Kristin Chenoweth will hopefully let someone — anyone — else do the speaking.

Her voice grates when she’s not singing.

Meanwhile, Simon will tear through the hearts of a dozen more fresh-faced kids who are either too dumb or too lacking in self-respect to stay away.

As Jessica Simpson’s former boyfriend, Dallas Cowboys quarterback Tony Romo, was getting bounced from the NFL playoffs on Sunday, rumors continued to fly that Simpson had turned her sights to Smashing Pumpkins singer Billy Corgan.

Now Fox411.com has learned exclusively that after a month of heavy flirting and songwriting, things have cooled off between the odd couple.

“Jessica loved spending so much time in and out of the studio with Billy,” a Simpson pal told Fox411.com. “She’s in awe of his musical prowess, and it adds to her feelings for him, but they are not dating.”

Golden Globe Awards - Photo Room

-Jennifer Aniston, sporting a gown with a dangerously high split, cuddled with fellow presenter Gerard Butler, leaving fans and press wondering once again about their rumored romance.  Aniston also seemed slightly loopy during her onstage presentation. Was it butterflies for Butler or something else?

-After winning her first Golden Globe (she was nominated twice before), Drew Barrymore dedicated her acceptance speech time to fellow award winner Mo’Nique.

    SLIDESHOW: Red Carpet Arrivals

-After stepping on stage to accept her Golden Globe for Best Supporting Actress in a TV Series (“Big Love”), Chloe Sevigny had her dress stepped on and ripped by the usher who escorted her up. As if that wasnt enough, her name was spelled wrong (as Chloi Sevigny) on the screen by the show’s editors.
