  Fox411 Exclusive: Lindsay Lohan now afraid to leave voice messages

  Lindsay Lohan is disgusted by her father’s recent release of their taped conversations, but says the recordings are old and have nothing to do with what’s happening in her life now, says a source close to the distraught star.

  The insider tells Fox411 that Lohan never trusted her father Michael, and is sick that he has made ancient conversations public and is trying to pass them off as new. But the sad starlet is so rattled by the revelations, she has stopped trusting even her closest friends.

  “Lindsay is paranoid about every move she makes and doesn’t feel like she can trust anyone, thanks to her father,” the pal tells Fox411. “She has stopped leaving voice mails for friends and employees. Lindsay is terrified of everyone backstabbing her. This is the lowest her father has ever gone. She is furious!”

  Nicole Kidman tried 'strange sexual fetish stuff,' but with who?

  Nicole Kidman is giving an earful – and an eyeful – in the December issue of British GQ magazine.

  The former wife of Tom Cruise, former girlfriend of Lenny Kravitz, and current wife of Keith Urban opened up to the magazine about her sexual history.

  “I’ve explored obsession. I’ve explored loss and love in terms of being in a grief-stricken place, I’ve explored strange sexual fetish stuff, I’ve explored the mundane aspect of marriage, and monogamy,” she said according to the Daily Mail.

  While she wouldn’t say with whom she explored what, she did say that her current union with Urban is “raw” and “dangerous.” Which would make Cruise the “mundane” one perhaps?

  Accused Ryan Seacrest stalker pleads not guilty

  A man arrested outside Ryan Seacrest’s workplace has pleaded not guilty to a felony stalking charge.

  Chidi Benjamin Uzomah Jr. entered the plea Tuesday through an attorney. A court commissioner ordered Uzomah to stay 500 yards away from Seacrest if he is released from jail on $150,000 bail.

  Los Angeles police arrested Uzomah at the E! Entertainment Television headquarters in Los Angeles on Friday. A request for a civil restraining order stated he was carrying a knife at the time.

  Uzomah appeared in street clothes during Tuesday’s hearing and agreed to be represented by a public defender. He is due back in court Nov. 16.

  Seacrest did not attend.

  Ashlee Simpson’s diva behavior got her booted from the CW hit ‘Melrose Place’, a source close to one cast member tells Fox411.

  “Ashlee was kicked off ‘Melrose Place’ because she was a total diva on set, late all the time, and deeply disliked by fellow cast members,” the insider spills. “It created a lot of discord among the cast.”

  Jude Law hasn't met 6-week old daughter, but makes time for the ladies

  Jude Law has an interesting set of priorities.

  The actor, currently getting rave reviews for playing Hamlet on Broadway in New York, has been spotted multiple times making out with comely women in public places.

  According to the New York Post, the star was most recently hot and heavy with a hot blonde at The Box nightclub on Saturday night.

  “Other guests were trying to talk to Jude, so he got a member of the staff to keep them away while he flirted with and kissed a very pretty blonde,” an eyewitness told the paper.

  Meanwhile, Law’s baby mama, model Samantha Burke, has posted photos of Law’s six-week old daughter on her Facebook page. Someone may want to tell the ‘Sherlock Holmes’ star about them, as he has reportedly yet to meet little Sophia.

  Report: Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker is Army Reserves Special Forces

  The U.S. Army is issuing an official apology to Ryan Seacrest — after learning his alleged stalker is one of their own.

  TMZ just spoke with Lt. Col. Nathan Banks, an Army spokesperson, who told us: “We apologize to Ryan Seacrest. Pending the outcome of the local investigation, the Army will decide what further action to take. We take all matters of our personnel seriously.”

  As TMZ first reported, Chidi Uzomah is currently a member of the U.S. Army reserves — and is assigned to a special forces unit. Translation — he’s a very dangerous man.

  Conan O'Brien should watch his back, because Jay Leno sounds angry

  Jay Leno’s new 10 p.m. talk show is losing viewers, as are the local news programs that follow it in several major markets.

  This is not good for the network that made the decision to move Leno from his perch atop the late night talk show heap for its grand prime-time experiment.

  One of the silver linings proferred by NBC types during the show’s ratings slide is that, while they knew Leno would have tough going in the  fall when the new dramas it was up against were in full swing, he would kill the much more expensive dramas he is up against once said pricey programs were in reruns.

  Last week, that theory got put to the test when Leno went up against a “CSI: Miami” rerun.

  He lost.

  That is the backdrop for Leno’s illuminating QA with Broadcast & Cable magazine today, in which he was asked flat out if he regretted his move to primetime.

  Just one week after Fox411 broke the news that Lindsay Lohan has been working for the Ungaro fashion house for free, the actress is scrambling gain control of her life, career and finances.

  One of Lohan’s close friends tells 411, “Lindsay is working really hard to take control of her business.  She is focused and trying to build her brand.  Lindsay has been tough on her employees and the people she paid blindly in the past.  She has laid down the law and told them exactly what she wants from them if they expect to get paid.  Lindsay is trying not to let herself be used anymore – she refuses to be taken advantage of for her money and she is wising up!  She has very few people she can trust and is finally listening to the right ones.”

  But don’t assume Lindsay is taking Ungaro’s move to stiff her out of a paycheck sitting down. The leggings designer is still spinning her wheels trying to get money from the fashion house.

  Hailey says he has emotionally abused her, and Nadya says he was talking about teaming with her for a new reality show.

  Only one of these statements is true – and according to a source close to Gosselin, it isn’t Hailey’s.
