Michael Lohan told the New York Post that Lindsay's career trajectory was a message straight from The Big Guy himself.
"No wonder why God is taking her entire career away from her," Michael Lohan told the paper. "Because she's forsaken everything He's given her and she's done nothing but misuse all the gifts she's given."
Following this logic, could another of God's punishments be giving Lindsay a father who is making a career out of trying to destroy his troubled daughter in the press?
Because that sounds like what he is intent on doing.
After Lindsay called her dad a "loser," and Twittering that she had once been afraid he would kill her mother, dad responded to the Post: "I guess Lindsay is on more drugs than I thought to say something like that. Now I'm going to release more recordings that prove everything she is saying is nothing more than a bunch of lies."
I find it funny that the very person who helped turn his daughter into a train wreck is now blasting her to anyone who will listen. mr. Lohan is a POS and Lindsay's mom is almost as bad. This poor girl never had a chance. Her parents have been using her since day one. no matter she is as messed up as she is.
God is not punishing Lindsay. She is simply experiencing the natural consequences of her choices. Everything God tells us to do is for our own benefit in the long run. When we understand His character and love, then we can follow His principles with faith that they will eventually lead to our well being.
Michael remember, what goes around comes around. My girs are not perfect but to release personal conservations between you and your daughter is not right. And by the way with the exception of making money off of her why would you record your conservations with Lindsey? For money? For 15 seconds of fame? Why would a father betray his child so openly?
It's a shame she cannot trust her own father, who is obviously just trying to get his own 15 minutes of fame. No wonder the poor girl is like she is. With a father like that, trying to milk her fame for all it's worth to him...it's amazing she's not in a straightjacket yet. Lindsey, God will bless you, not punish you.
Sounds like to me, dad is jealous of ms lohans success as a great song writer and actress, he needs to grow up and just take resonpiability of his own, and leave his daughter alone. she does not deserve the hummility alrighty brought on herself. She's a successful young girl who has probably went further than he's ever got in his life. Grow up Pa.

Amen. We re force fed these people by Hollywood, like the Jake's and Maggie's of the world. One movie and we can never get away from them and their horrid personal views on morality and politics. They get to live on wealth entire generations of familes can only dream of.

God doesn't punish, God loves. I think the father needs to get a better understanding of how to be a father from his heavenly father.
