  Taylor Swift under fire for posing with swastika-clad man

  Teen country star Taylor Swift is at the center of a discrimination scandal after posing for a photo while embracing a man with a swastika on his shirt.

  The photo was taken at fellow singer Katy Perry’s birthday party last weekend. Guests were encouraged to wear white and decorate their clothing with paint when they arrived at the event.

  But the man in the photo, identified by multiple sources as model AJ English, took the decorations a little too far. According to TMZ, he claims the swastika started out as a simple “X” but became more “perverted” as the night went on.

  Swift’s rep claims that she was unaware what was painted on the man’s shirt, and that she posed with “about 100 people that night … she doesn’t know who this guy is and she didn’t realize what was on his shirt.”

  Some bloggers also slammed Swift for the appearance of the letters “JH” on her dress, which some claimed stood for “Jew hater.” But Swift also arrived at the party with friend and fellow singer Julianne Hough, who displayed a “TS” on her clothing.

  English apologized to Swift via microblogging site Twitter, saying he did not know the singer before the party and that he regretted dragging her into the chaos.

  Report: Ryan Seacrest's alleged stalker caught in Seacrest's building

  TMZ is reporting that an alleged stalker of Ryan Seacrest was arrested inside the building where Seacrest tapes his daily talk show in Los Angeles

  A source tells the website the individual was carrying a knife.

  Seacrest’s guard was attacked in Orange County last month by Chidi Uzomah, who was carrying a knife at the time of that attack.

  Two sources tell TMZ that the man arrested Friday matches Uzomah’s description.

  Bobby Brown was caught dancing to his own song, “My Prerogative” at The Chandelier Room in Hoboken, New Jersey – maybe that’s part of his workout routine on the new “Celebrity Fit Club.”

  “Gossip Girl”’s Leighton Meester was crying at Coffee Shop in Union Square after getting a phone call that made her so happy tears began falling while she laughed and hugged boyfriend Sebastian Stan.

  Paris Hilton and Doug Reinhardt spent last weekend in Vegas at their favorite hotel, the Hard Rock. While there they went to the pet shop, had a few romantic meals and then headed to nightclub Wasted Space where her ex, Benji Madden was playing. Paris “bolted from the club” when she spotted Benji.

  Sarah Silverman bowled a few strikes at the Project ALS benefit at Lucky Strike Lanes & Lounge in NYC, where Anne Meara stopped Sarah to say she wishes she and Jimmy Kimmel were still together!

  It was a sad homecoming for Hilary Rhoda, the face of Estee Lauder, when the Washington Redskins lost last week. She appeared as a guest commentator on the Redskins Kickoff show live from DC’s FedEx Field to cheer on her home team but they still couldn’t pull out the win.

  A “Twilight” reunion happened at the U2 concert in Los Angeles. Backstage in the BlackBerry VIP Lounge, Cam Gigandet was spotted along with his old co-stars, Ashley Greene, Kellan Lutz and his girlfriend, AnnaLynne McCord.

  Gore Vidal: Thirteen-year-old Roman Polanski rape victim was a 'hooker'

  Author Gore Vidal says he refuses to feel any sympathy for Roman Polanski’s rape victim, whom he dubs a “hooker.”

  In an interview with The Atlantic, the controversial 83-year-old author of such books as “Myra Breckinridge” and “1876” says of the director’s sex scandal, “I really don’t give a [expletive]. Look am I going to sit and weep every time a young hooker feels as though she’s being taken advantage of?”

  The young woman to whom he is referring is Samantha Geimer, who was a 13-year-old aspiring model in 1977 when she was drugged and raped by Polanski.

  Statement of Jon Gosselin on Recent Media Rumors

  I am troubled to learn that the media has accepted as true the scurrilous rumor that I would appear in a reality television program with Nadya Suleman. This is utterly false. I do however accept that some of my previous actions have in some way lent credence to such outrageous stories.

  I am well aware that my behavior over the past few months has not always reflected my personal and religious values. I further accept that I have allowed myself to become somewhat severed from my own moral anchor and be carried away by the challenges of fame. It is for this reason that I have endeavored of late to reconnect with my deeper, more spiritual, more altruistic self with regular study sessions and counseling with Rabbi Shmuley Boteach, whose morality-centered-and-values-based advice, coupled with his profound commitment to fatherhood and family, I deeply respect.

  I have always endeavored to be a loving father and a devoted parent who serves as a moral exemplar to his eight children. That’s what my father, a children’s dentist who always extended himself to his poorest patients, was to me. My father was my inspiration and moral compass. I intend to serve the same role for my own children by taking responsibility for my errors and making right any pain I have caused to those I love.

  I ask the public to please understand the challenges I face in living under constant public scrutiny, even as I am aware that I have at times courted that scrutiny.

  I am committed to making things right with Kate and especially my children. I ask you to please give me the opportunity to prove myself.

  California lawmakers want Roman Polanksi extradited to Los Angeles

  Fifteen California legislators have signed a letter supporting the extradition of Roman Polanski to Los Angeles to face his decades-old child sex conviction.

  State Sen. Gloria Romero, a Los Angeles Democrat, recently wrote the letter to Los Angeles County District Attorney Steve Cooley saying the 76-year-old filmmaker should face his past and that “no one is above the law.”

  Romero says the Polanski case heightens awareness about domestic violence and its correlation to sexual assault.

  Polanski has been in Swiss custody since last month on a fugitive warrant for fleeing Los Angeles before being sentenced for having unlawful sex with a 13-year-old girl in 1977.

  An extradition request was filed last week. Zurich authorities will hold a hearing on an unspecified date to rule on the request.

  Sometimes Brooke Shields isn’t so nice to retail staff.

  The one-time wife to admitted crystal meth-taker Andre Agassi was shopping in New York City with two male companions when sources say she exhibitied a surprisingly rude attitude and major diva behavior, given her sweet-as-pie reputation.

  Shields, 44, was apparently getting some time off from her two little girls, Grier, 3, and Rowan, 6, when shoppers spotted her at an Hermes sample sale.

  “Brooke was in a snit when she walked in the store. She had two guy friends with her and they were joking around and mocking people,” an eyewitness tells Fox411.

  For everyone out there grasping for their own 15 minutes of fame, let “Balloon Dad” Richard Heene be a cautionary tale.

  Looking to extend his modest “lame Wife Swap episode” celebrity into his own reality TV show with an elaborate balloon stunt, Heene is now seeing his past bright ideas to photograph and videotape his family come back to haunt him.

  First there was the discovery of a bizarre music video starring all three Heene sons entitled “Not Pussified” in which they throw rocks at stuffed animals and go Medieval on their own pajamas.

  Now comes along an even more disturbing video of Heene setting up infant son Bradford with a cold Miller Genuine Draft and a stogie while someone off camera takes snapshots.
