  Melanie Griffith back in rehab after strange color demands...

  “Working Girl” star Melanie Griffith is in rehab again, her publicist confirmed to Star magazine.

  Griffith, 52-year, checked into Utah’s Cirque Lodge Rehab Facility, the previous  temporary home of Lindsay Lohan and Kirsten Dunst.

  While her publicist cited Griffith’s “commitment to stay healthy” as the reason for her admission, FOXNews.com’s Pop Tarts learned that she checked herself in part because husband Antonio Banderas, 49, would have no more of her erratic behavior.

  One possible example? Someone who had recently worked with her told Pop Tarts that Griffith ”had a multitude of crazy demands, including insisting everything around her, from the food to the flowers, be yellow.”

  So that would make her diet lemons, bananas, and … what else, yellow squash?

  We’re not sure what the color scheme is at Cirque Lodge.

  FOX411 Exclusive: LeAnn Rimes' husband moving to New York City - and he's taking the dogs!

  It looks like Eddie Cibrian is free to move in with LeAnn Rimes in Nashville if he wants, because her husband Dean Shremet has moved out and on with his life.

  Sheremet, a songwriter and one-time back-up dancer for LeAnn, has vacated their Nashville mansion to move into his own bachelor pad in New York City, FOX411 has learned. The Michigan native has been visiting NYC over the last month checking out apartments, and he packed his things and moved out of their Nashville home last week.

  Eddie Cibrian's wife speaks out after his public date with LeAnn Rimes...

  LeAnn Rimes and Eddie Cibrian go public at a Kings Of Leon concert Saturday night.

  Eddie Cibrian and LeAnn Rimes are no longer keeping their relationship – which has resulted in both becoming separated from their spouses – under wraps.

  The couple, who met on the set of a Lifetime movie special, and who both previously denied they were romantically involved, went to a Kings of Leon concert in L.A. this weekend, where photographers snapped the smiling duo as they tried to make their escape.

  Now Cibrian’s estranged wife – and mother of his two children – Brandi Glanville is speaking out.

  “I don’t understand,” she tells People.com. “You think you know one thing and you wake up and it’s all been a lie.”

  The other members of the family having a hard time understanding are apparently their 2- and 6-year old children. “They know that daddy is at work all the time,” she says. “That’s what I tell them.”

  And Brandi’s message for LeAnn?

  “He’s all yours.”

  Emma Roberts a hickey-giving Hollywood snob?

  Oh, they grow up so fast.

  It seems like just yesterday Emma Roberts, niece of Julia, was a sweet little young thing starring in G-rated movies about lovable mutts and such.

  According to New York Posts’s Page 6, Emma, 18, may not be the innocent, loveable tween she plays onscreen:

  It sounds like Emma Roberts is really into her boyfriend, Dathan Kuppin. The Nickelodeon actress and niece of Julia Roberts went to the hit Broadway musical “Rock of Ages” last weekend, where a spy reports, she brought Kuppin backstage during intermission. His neck was covered with hickeys, and he wore a tank top to show them off.” The source said Roberts was snubbing the cast and “didn’t talk to anyone, even though she came back to take pictures with them.” The couple left before the second act.

  Note to Emma: a boyfriend who wears a shirt that purposefully shows off nibble marks from his TV/movie star girlfriend is not looking out for her best interests. Ever heard of Spencer Pratt?

  Renee Zellweger names biggest diva on "My One and Only" set...

  Renee Zellweger’s latest flick “My One and Only,” based on the life of The Great Tanned One, George Hamilton, opens nationwide tonight.

  And while Zellweger gushed over the movie when she sat down with FOX News Entertainment Correspondent Jill Dobson, she did let some bitterness for one cast member come out.

  Zellweger called said cast member the “most opinionated,” who”needs the most attention,” was “the most demanding,” and “always kept the cast waiting.”

  “Gilmore Girls” alum Alexis Bledel and “Friday Night Lights” star Zach Gilford gave FOX411 the scoop on their new FOX Searchlight comedy “Post-Grad” Thursday night at Planet Hollywood in Times Square.

  “Post-Grad” tells the story of ambitious Ryden Malby (Alexis Bledel) following her college graduation. Ryden expects a big-time job offer, but things don’t work out as planned, so she’s forced to move back in with her family (Michael Keaton, Jane Lynch, and Carol Burnett). Zach Gilford plays best friend Adam, who has harbored a crush on Ryden for years.

  “I like that this character was little more imperfect. She makes more mistakes than my TV character (Rory Gilmore),”Alexis told FOX411.

  And despite recent success in “Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants”and as an IMG model, Alexis confessed she faced some “post-grad”-like stress after “Gilmore Girls” ended its seven-season run. “When my show ended, I felt like I could relate at that time of my life. I didn’t know what I was going to do next.”

  Playboy Playmate Jayde Nicole says her mom bought her first Playboy!

  Playmate of the Year 2008 Jayde Nicole said she’d never pose naked, until her mom helped convince her otherwise.

  At least that’s what the ‘Hills’ star says in today’s FOXNews.com Pop Tarts column (3rd item down).

  “I was very anti-nude modeling and Playboy. I had been asked to do it several times and I always said ‘You cannot pay me a million dollars I am so against it!’,” she said.

  So what changed her mind?

  “My mom actually went out and bought me my very first Playboy. She was very supportive, and we looked at the centerfold and it was done very classy and it looked really pretty.”

  Another person close to her who doesn’t mind millions of men looking at her in the buff? That would be her boyfriend and ‘Hills co-star, Brody Jenner.

  “He’s just like, ‘Yeah! That’s my girlfriend! You have a magazine? Good! Keep buying them!’”

  FOX411 Exclusive: Heather Mills gets motor revving for racecar driver...

  Heather Mills, the notorious ex of Beatle Paul McCartney, is quite single and apparently quite ready to mingle.

  She showed up to the Mercedes-Benz Polo Challenge at Blue Star Jets Field in New York’s Hamptons on August 8 with a cute, shorter haircut and two girlfriends to scope out the scene.

  As soon as the 41-year-old divorcee and her crew spotted the strikingly handsome (and much younger – he’s only 28!) Tim George, Jr., a rookie driver in the ARCA stock car series, Heather went right over to him, a snitch tells FOX411.

  “Now that Paul has moved on with his girlfriend, Nancy Shevall, Heather thinks it’s about time she moves on, too,” says the source. “She was so into Tim, chatting with him, smiling ear to ear and hanging on his every word. They posed for photos together and kind of watched the match, but they were busy talking up a storm.”

  Apparently, the two didn’t get to finish their conversation.

  Should a Cougar play a Puma?

  We don’t make these things up.

  Hollywood is making a movie called “Puma.” A puma, in this case, is a woman in her thirties who dates younger man (ie 20-somethings).

  But in casting the lead of “Puma,” producers chose an honest-to-goodness Cougar as their lead: 41-year-old Jennifer Aniston, whose Cougar bonafides include 31-year-old John Mayer and, most recently, 34-year-old Bradley Cooper.

  Now, with so many qualified Hollywood pumas who could have played the role, was casting Aniston fair?
