  It looks like Jessica Simpson doesn’t need Tony Romo or John Mayer or any guy for that matter to get herself a honkin’ big diamond ring.

  FOXNews.com’s Pop Tarts says Simpson scored some serious diamond bling all on her own at a listening party for one of papa Joe’s new “next big things” on Monday.

  Donning a short black dress with stilettos, Simpson appeared to be in high spirits — and even though she never did get a rock from Romo, she managed to walk away with a beautiful 5 carat diamond ring from Pascal’s black and white collection.

  They’re giving away 5-carat diamond rings at listening parties in Hollywood? Where do we sign up?

  Losing his pants in LA, carousing in Vancouver - Zac is definitely doing the "change the image" thing.

  Zac Efron’s recent wild night in Vancouver went a long way in helping the Disney star shed his “good guy” image, at least for anyone who had to watch it.

  Apparently, the 21-year-old teen heartthrob likes to party – and hard. A scene source tells FOX411 that Zac and his pals hit Vancouver hotspot Opus Bar this past weekend ready to rumble, and quickly made their way through what sounds like about half of the bar’s top-shelf brands.

  Mischa Barton's friends need a Geometry lesson...

  Rehabilitated wild-child Nicole Richie has offered to step in and help her friend Mischa Barton recover from the mysterious meltdown that landed her in an involuntary psychiatric hold earlier this month.

  According to a report from RadarOnline, a source close to both stars said Mischa is “doing great thanks to Nicole. She stepped in and talked to her about making changes in her life … basically doing a 360.”

  A 360? Really? Not a 180? Hmm…

  Also supporting Mischa is the man behind her new show “The Beautiful Life,” Ashton Kutcher. The funnyman is said to be backing her up as she attempts to get her life together.

  Maybe he can get this “source” a protractor, too. (Remember protractors?)

  Officials raid the Las Vegas home, offices of Michael Jackson's doctor

  Federal drug agents, along with the Los Angeles and Las Vegas police departments, are executing a raid on the Las Vegas home of Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician who is at the center of the mystery surrounding Michael Jackson’s death last month.

  DEA agents and police officers descended on Murray’s gated community early Tuesday morning in the latest development in a month-long investigation into what killed the King of Pop.

  Last week, authorities announced that Murray, 51, was the target of a manslaughter probe in the death of Jackson on June 25. On Monday, a law enforcement official told FOXNews.com that investigators believe Murray gave Jackson a fatal dose of the powerful sedative propofol hours before his death.

  Murray’s lawyer, Ed Chernoff, has denied that his client prescribed or administered any drug that killed Jackson.

  The warrants issued Tuesday by law enforcement officials followed a similar raid at Murray’s Houston office last week.

  Sunday, Monday, Happy Days! Tuesday, Wednesday, Happy Days!

  It feels like just yesterday we were sacking out on our maroon three-cushion hide-a-bed couch in the basement of our split-level ranch with a big bowl of buttered air-popped popcorn from the new air popper we got that melted the butter in a little dish built into its plastic top and turning on our little Zenith TV that had a big dial on it and turning the dial – click click click – over to ABC to watch a brand new episode of our favorite show, “Happy Days.” Somehow, though, we have managed to not change at all, while the “Happy Days” gang has grown older. Poor dears!

  Let’s check in on them and see how they’re doing, shall we?

  Candy Spelling reaches out to Tori through... TMZ?

  Tori and Dean's reality show seems to be getting under her mom's skin.

  In the annals of mothers reaching out to their daughters to heal rifts either real or imagined, few have taken Candy Spelling’s unorthodox approach.

  Candy apparently wrote an open letter to daughter Tori. But she did not put a stamp on it and drop it in the mail. She did not email it. Instead, gossip blog TMZ says she sent it to them, and asked that they post it on their site.

  Here’s what they said she wrote:

  I know many middle-aged people have issues about their parents and their upbringing. I did. My memories didn’t match all those of my mother, and, funny thing, it’s the same way with my daughter.

  Life has consequences. What you say is on the record. Other people have feelings.

  I have a vested interest in this subject. My daughter, Tori’s, two-part season finale revolves around my granddaughter’s first birthday party, and how she has made what seems like an agonizing decision to invite me.

  FOX411 Exclusive: Julianne Hough starring in 'Footloose,' really wants to dance with Zac

  Julianne Hough cleared up the “Footloose” remake rumors (is she or isn’t she?) for FOX411 at the Elkhart County 4H Fair in Elkhart, Indiana.

  The 21 year-old “Dancing With the Stars” ballroom pro, singer, and now, actress, was opening for George Strait when she spoke exclusively to Fox411.

  “We’re just working out the nitty gritty details, especially with ‘Dancing with the Stars,’” she said. “But the plan is… I’m doing ‘Footloose!’ I’m ecstatic about it, but I’m holding my breath until I’m actually eating popcorn in the movie theater watching it. You never know until it is filmed and on screen.”

  The remake is being directed by Kenny Ortega, the man behind the “High School Musical” franchise and, most recently, Michael Jackson’s memorial service and scuttled “This Is It” tour.

  “HSM” star Zac Efron was orignally signed on to reprise Kevin Bacon’s role in the remake of the 1980s classic, but backed out this spring. “Gossip Girl” star Chace Crawford was quickly hired as the replacement to play the lead role of Ren McCormack, with Julianne playing his love interest, Ariel.

  So what does Julianne think about getting footloose with Chace instead of Zac?
