Only Kelly Killoren Bensimmon is currently re-signed for next year. Contract negotiations are taking longer than expected, and maternal figure and heart of the show, Jill, is demanding the most money for her return to the show.

Earlier this month, Bravo decided they needed to start a search for replacements as the ugly contract dispute dragged on. The cable channel is casting for two very specific new women. The secret hunt for a “40-something mother with children heading to college” is on to replace Jill, and another young, sexy, single is being searched for to replace Bethenny.

A source involved in casting tells FOX411: “They are interviewing new women already. Jill Zarin is not bigger than the show. There is already one woman who could replace her. Bravo is completely prepared if Jill won’t lower her demands. Next season, the feel of this show is definitely going to be very different.”

Bravo is closer to a deal with Countess Luann than Jill, but the insider says they are willing to replace Luann if necessary, too.
